A place to find resources, discuss and learn about beef cattle farming and all its nuances. Okay, a place to joke around about farming, I guess.

A Birds Eye View of Our New Chicken on the Farm...

.
.

It's noisy. It's amateur but it's how it is...

A birds eye view of our bantam chicken and her new baby.

All the noise in the background is the other mature chickens feeding. At feeding time it's always noisy! Life on the farm is like that. :)  Notice how I handle the baby, you never squeeze a chick at that age. They are delicate and need careful handling. Beats me how that mother chicken doesn't squash the chick or her eggs. But nature is perfect (most of the time).

Enjoy!

PS: If you have any, raising chickens, questions, please feel free to ask. Any farming questions about chickens, horses, cats, dogs (working dogs) or cattle are always welcome.
